All orders placed with Bake the Cake (ABN 60 956 824 388) by you, the consumer, agree to the following terms & conditions.

By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read & understood the obligations that we have to each to each other as these terms & conditions form an agreement between us.

Bake the Cake operates on a minimum spend of $400 per order.

I require a $200 deposit for all cake orders. Deposits are non refundable.

COVID terms: $200 deposit is non-refundable, should need to postpone your wedding date due to Covid, your deposit will be honored & moved across to the new date with priority. If you choose to cancel, your deposit is forfeited.

Full payment of the cake balance is required if cancellation is within 1 month of the wedding date.

Meetings & tastings are by appointment only and take place in the Bake the Cake kitchen in Margaret River. Offered as a complimentary add on to your order, if a meeting is unable to be scheduled flavours will be chosen via email and zoom meeting if needed. Tastings are not offered outside of confirmed bookings, they are only offered once your booking is confirmed with a deposit. Tastings must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

Complimentary delivery (excluding Cape Naturaliste north of Dunsborough, $50 (+GST) delivery fee applies. Cakes are not available for pickup/collection for your own transport.

Fresh flowers to garnish the cake need to be ordered from your florist. Please note some flowers are not suitable for use as a cake decoration.  Ask your florist for details regarding toxicity.
